SERVICE SPOTLIGHT: ADOPT-A-BLOCK ‣
We desire to see students and parents active in their faith, serving other people, and sharing the gospel with those that are lost, hurting, broken, and far from God. We are currently partnering with a ministry called Asheville Dream Center to accomplish that goal. They meet every other Saturday for an event called Adopt-A-Block, serving those that live in the Hillcrest Apartments near downtown Asheville.
This is an amazing opportunity for parents, students, and other church family to serve our community in a practical way by meeting not only many different physical needs, but most importantly, the spiritual needs of others.
