COLLEGE GRADS: Please DOWNLOAD YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE HERE and return to Pastor Eli.
High school seniors, we invite you and your family to Graduation Sunday on May 19 where each of you will be recognized individually and collectively during the 9:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. services. A lunch to celebrate you will follow second service in the Family Life Center. Your immediate family members are also invited to attend!
Please fill out the graduate questionnaire here or on paper (you may obtain hard copies from Pastor Eli) no later than Wednesday, May 15. After that time, please contact Pastor Eli (elitilley@trinityoffairview.org) for assistance with your form or you may contact him anytime with questions/concerns.
Additionally, we are asking for you to submit FIVE pictures (baby, child, teenager, graduation/senior, and one funny photo) by Sunday, May 12 to Pastor Eli.
Photos should be submitted via USB in JPEG format or by email (elitilley@trinityoffairview.org), if possible. If not, you may bring hard copies to Pastor Eli by Sunday, May 12.
