In to this place speaks the angel of the Lord! His message? “Don’t be afraid Joseph, go ahead with your wedding plans. God Himself is the Father of this child by way of the Holy Spirit!”

This conception was immaculate to be sure! The Holy Ghost came upon Mary and sewed within her this divine seed which would bloom into the salvation of men!

Today at Christmas, remember clearly who this baby was that drew His first breath in Bethlehem. He was nothing less than the Son of God! Planned from eternal by the Father, placed in Mary by a miraculous work of the Spirit!

Joseph listened and believed. His mind was eased, his life was blessed, he saw firsthand the power of God.

Oh that we might so believe and be so blessed this season!
